Right now there is just one thing you need to do.

In preparation for the integration of Bank of Queensland and Home Building Society systems later in the year, we are moving towards one BSB for all existing accounts. Your BSB helps identify where your account is held so that you can receive funds from third parties.

So you will need to advise all external companies that currently either debit or credit your account/s to update their details to reflect your BSB as 639000 (unless you are already using this BSB).

It's also important that you take this opportunity to ensure that the number you have provided is your Account Number (listed on your current Home statement) and not your Customer Number.

If you do not update this information, these direct debits and credits won't be able to be processed.

To make changing these details even easier, we have created template letters for you to use to advise the relevant external companies. The templates are available from your local Home branch, or you can download them from the links below:

Home Building Society Ltd ("Home") and StateWest Financial Services have come together to create WA's newest, friendliest financial services group.  Together, the two organisations create a new force in WA banking and unless otherwise disclosed all financial products, loans and services are provided by Home. The information on this website does not take into account your personal needs or financial circumstances and you should consider if it is appropriate for you.  To decide if a product is right for you, Home recommends you read our Terms and Conditions brochure which is also available by calling 13 63 13 or by visiting a branch.
