This schedule forms part of the product terms and conditions for Home Savings Accounts and Fixed Term Deposit Accounts. Together with the booklet entitled Terms and Conditions for Savings Accounts, Fixed Term Deposits and Account Access Methods and the Fees and Charges brochure, these documents collectively form Home's product terms and conditions.
Home Loans
* Reverts to standard variable rate after fixed term.
+ These rates are applicable only for the standard variable rate portion of the home loan component of the Absolute Home Loan Package.
Comparison Rate for Home Loans are calculated on a $150,000 Housing Loan for a term of 25 yrs based on monthly repayments. These rates are for secured loans only. WARNING: This Comparison Rate applies only to the example or examples given. Different amounts and terms will result in different Comparison Rates. Costs such as redraw fees or early repayment fees, and cost savings such as fee waivers, are not included in the Comparison Rate but may influence the cost of the loan.

Personal Loans
# Emission friendly vehicles are those that receive an eight point rating or better for greenhouse emissions from the Government’s “Green Vehicle Guide” (www.greenvehicleguide.gov.au).
Comparison Rate for Personal Loans are calculated on a $30,000 Personal Loan for a term of 5 yrs based on monthly repayments. The comparison rate examples above are for secured loans.
